Cardinal Vegan Cuisine is a food delivery service that aims to change the perception of healthy eating, through the creation of flavourful, aesthetically appealing dishes.

Our cuisine made from organic ingredients enchants the senses with vibrant colours and aromatic herbs and spices, carefully selected to set off an explosion of unique flavour with every bite.

Vegetables, grains, legumes and local produce are prepared in an authentic Caribbean style by fusing old ancestral techniques with new artisan approaches. Cardinal’s menus boast a variety of wonderful dishes, including delicious vegan rotis, rich vegetarian soups, and mouth-watering vegan burgers.

We also dutifully execute delectable desserts, like our gluten-free Upside-down Mango Cake, which are as delicious as they are enriching. Lime and ginger blend, passionfruit and lime as well as golden apple and parsley are some of the juices we offer. We would like for the love and passion put into all that we prepare to be transposed into every mouthful.

To partake in our satisfying dishes, desserts, and juices, it is essential to order in advance. Delivery days are mainly Tuesdays and Fridays, from Castries to Gros Islet.

Meals can also be collected at our location at Corinthe Estate, Gros Islet. We are able to provide catering services if requested 24hours in advance.

Deliveries are between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm on select days and meals range from $18.00 to $22.00. The delivery fee is waived with group orders at the same location.

We want healthy food to be enjoyable and each meal an experience.
